Father & Son Cafe


20 years young, born and raised in Provence, the place where my love for pastry first began.

After graduating from the National French Pastry School Alain Ducasse, I had the privilege of refining my craft alongside some of the most prestigious establishments as Pierre Hermé in Paris, the Mandarin Oriental, and most recently Mila in Miami Beach. Each kitchen shaped me in its own way, and I carry a piece of all of them with me.

OLALA Cafe is my way of giving back what I've been given, French tradition, a touch of modern elegance, and pastries made with heart. More than dishes, I hope to create small memories worth remembering.

From Provence to Paris, Miami, and now Nashville, Thank you for being part of this story.
